SAMPLING

Starting Point of Making

As a customer centric concern, we offer sampling facility that ensure that our customers get a first hand look of the samples of the products we supply. This facilitates them to have a look at the prototype so that it can be changed in case the client want any change. Our sampling process incorporates the following:


Collect customer requirement of fabrics and style
Identify and select appropriate source
Preliminary screening through inspection and testing
Forward samples to the customers and receive their feedback .

KNITTING

Knitting plays a key role to the buisness. The result, quality and the nature of the product is determined based on the knitting machines.

Therefore we work with people who constantly invest and upgrade on there knitting machines to get optimum results.

DYEING

Fabric Dyeing is vehemently opposed all over Asia for the environmental damage and stress on natural resources. M-COTTON work with duly approved dyeing units with effluent treatment facilities, HTHP soft flow dyeing machines and Oeko Tex standard dyes for fabric dyeing.

PRINTING

We work with printers who takes care of the requirements of printing on knitted fabric as well as garments. The printing can be done in a number of colors, qualities and various effects as per buyer’s specifications.Standard dyes are used in printing. Eco friendly dyes OEKO – Tex 100 and GOTS certified are also used.

EMBROIDERY

We use Automatic high speed Japanese Barudan and Tajima Embroidery machines that are capable of making any kind of color embroidery applique, sequence and badges. We are also expertised in hand embroideries like studs,sequence,stone etc.,

FINISHING

We work with factories having production facilities that are state of the art factories equipped with the latest in technology used in garment manufacturing right from Gerber cutting to packing comprising Japanese, European & American machineries.

PACKING

We ensure that our factories have packaging section which is built up with latest machinery and adequate infrastructure. Well-equipped system and process of planned and controlled storage states have assisted us to have a full control over the goods.

Towards ensuring that only superior quality products are offered to our customers, we ensure that the fabrics and garments that we source are of A-grade quality. The goods undergo a series of quality checks under the supervision of our experienced quality personnel, thereby leaving no scope for any flaws. The products are tested on several key parameters including durability, strength, color fastness, shrinkage, etc. Only those out of the lot, which meet all standard requirements, are then dispatched for sale into the market. Also, we maintain consistent quality in terms of packaging, ticketing (UPC code), folding, hanging, etc.
